Office staff is horrible. Dr's need to know this they took me off medication and when I went through withdrawals, and the Dr was on vacation. No one was "comfortable enough" to call me in a script over the phone. Office staff is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of for appointments or even a nurse. When you do get a hold of someone it's like you are annoying them. Wonderful Doctor I've long said Dr. Stehlik is the best doctor in WNY, and I know Buffalo Spree agrees- he has once again been listed in Buffalo Spree's Best Doctors of WNY. He is simply great at what he does.
Dreadful staff & poor care The office and nursing staff are dreadful -- failing to return phone calls or schedule an appointment for a non-emergency visit that requires prompt care. They also will not give you a courtesy call to confirm an upcoming appointment they scheduled six months earlier. This physician practices defensive medicine, and will unnecessarily refer you to a specialist rather than treat you directly, even for something like a strep throat infection that requires immediate care, thereby delaying your treatme... read more
