Brian was the plumber who came out today in Garfield Heights. I first called because my shower had no hot water. He was already working nearby and gave me a free estimate, which was very helpful. After checking the plumbing system, he found the issue was with the tankless water heater. He explained everything in simple terms and was able to get it repaired the same day for a very fair price. We called Edward & Sons Plumbing about a clogged drain and a toilet that was flushing slowly, and they scheduled us for the very next day. The person on the phone was kind and helpful, and even followed up with an update on when the plumbers would arrive. Ask for Brian when you call. He is very professional, thorough, and easy to work with. I reached out for help with a Navien tankless water heater that was not working right, and a plumber was sent out very quickly.
