We had a water leak at our house, so I contacted Edward & Sons Plumbing. The person who answered the phone listened carefully to my problem and quickly arranged for a plumber to come out the same day. I also got a text letting me know that Brian would be the plumber coming over, along with his photo. Brian arrived shortly after, was friendly, and got started on the repair right away. I have called on this plumbing company in Garfield Heights for several different repairs over time. They are always quick to respond, professional, and keep you updated about the job. Their team has helped me with things like replacing my hot water heater, servicing my boiler, fixing PVC sewer pipes, and taking care of a leaking pipe in the ceiling. During the holidays, I noticed my kitchen faucet was leaking and needed quick help. I reached out to Edward & Sons Plumbing, and Brian and another plumber arrived the very next day. Both were friendly and respectful, which I appreciated. Since my sink and faucet are black, finding a good match wasn’t easy, but I trusted the team to handle it.
