Very good. Accurately assessed my problem and recommended a course of treatment that resolved my problem. He explained my problem in terms I could understand and didn’t talk down to me. I was very pleased with the way the Doctorand his staff treated me.
Have been seeing Dr. Sargent for several years now. Experienced and knowledgeable. Also easy to speak with. I highly recommend him.
Always thorough and effective., He makes good use of specialists as needed. He has a quiet informative personal approach.
In July 2019, Dr. Edward Sargent was the on-call doctor the evening I called their answering service. I was throwing up the medications I desperately needed to take. He didn't call me back, but had his answering service call and told me to go to the emergency room. Why is this the on-call doctor when he won't even make a phone call to advise me what to do? Pure Crap!
Love Dr Sargent, hate his in-house lab staff. Very rude lab, also not a safe lab. Do not verify patient information, also were dropping items on the floor and picking them up and reusing.
He is very throrough in assessing my health status by careful review of my labs and by asking the right questions.
