Saw him many times and had surgeries in the 70's by Dr. Rubin.....loved him. I'm wondering how I can find my medical records?
Great Dr.! Saw him for many years as a child for ear, nose and throat problems. Too bad he retired and moved to Florida.
Dr. Rubin is kind and considerate and answered all of my questions
