My experience with Dr. Edward Rutkovsky was so astonishingly bad that I feel obligated to warn every potential patient before they walk into his office. His staff called ME and told me I needed to come in for a blood pressure follow-up. I rearranged my day, arrived on time, and then sat there for over an hour while Dr. Rutkovsky was nowhere to be found. No update, no courtesy, no apology — nothing. New system doesn't work 1 1/2 wait. Office is a mess.

I was waiting for a hour to be seen by Dr, Rutovsky and once I was in the exam room I overheard a nurse say he was out getting coffee. I walked out but not after getting my co-pay refunded. The office is small, dirty and in the stone ages. Plenty of other good doctors out there.
