My experience with Dr. Edward Rutkovsky was so astonishingly bad that I feel obligated to warn every potential patient before they walk into his office. His staff called ME and told me I needed to come in for a blood pressure follow-up. I rearranged my day, arrived on time, and then sat there for over an hour while Dr. Rutkovsky was nowhere to be found. No update, no courtesy, no apology — nothing. I was waiting for a hour to be seen by Dr, Rutovsky and once I was in the exam room I overheard a nurse say he was out getting coffee. I walked out but not after getting my co-pay refunded. The office is small, dirty and in the stone ages. Plenty of other good doctors out there.

very bad experience the Dr was very bussy. I was sitting in his office waiting for more than 40 minutes, apparently the Dr forgot me, the nurse realized that and told the Dr that I was waiting for Him to long.I don't recommend this office... No recomiendo este Doctor muy mal servicio y sobretodo mucho tiempo de espera el Dr practicamente se olvido de mi en la oficina, mas de 40 minutos esperando si no es por la enfermera que le recuerda que yo estaba ahi el nisiquiera le impotaba.
