RecommendedVery nice apartment complex. Maintenance is quick and office staff is friendly especially Kayla! Parking is nice. Walls are thick so you can’t hear your neighbors too much. Definitely would recommend living here!

if you choose to live here, make sure they replace all the carpet and counters before move in.They will charge you for previous tenant damage. very uncooperative and unhelpful facilitation after move out. maintenance is also horrendous
their maintenance of the building is awful there's holes in our walls in the entrance way water damage the front way is dug up they were going to do something but stopped it's embarrassing the patios are in a mess shingles are off the roof it's just horrible and I heard such great things about it oh well only a few more months to go
This is the worst place that I have lived in my 14 years of apartment/common living. Don’t be fooled by their marketing or show apartments because what you actually pay for is nothing compared to what they claim. My husband and I signed a 12 month lease. We lasted 4 months because of the poor management. The first red flag was when we applied for the apartment, we were told that we would need to sign the lease and pay the $250 deposit. RecommendedThe staff at Tanglewood Apartments are extremely friendly, helpful and always have a smile on their face, especially, Kayla. The maintenance staff (April is part of the maintenance team) is very sufficient, pleasant and nice to communicate with. It's a wonderful place to live.

RecommendedI have been here for almost two months now and this is a great place to live in with a really good community and a nice office staff. I have never had a problem in communicating with any office staff and they are always responsive and helpful. There are several families around here which makes this area a peaceful and lovely place to live in.
