Such a monopoly on the internet and cable at the Concord Property. Do not allow any other cable or internet provider in their property. Stuck with limited bandwith montly. Do not rent if you watch netflix or game because by the middle of the month you will run out of bandwith and have no internet for the rest of the month.
They are scam artists! Not only their apartment management but corporate office as well!
If you are looking for an apartment in Northwest Indiana, do not go to any of the Edward Rose Communities. Huntington Cove looks nice and is appealing due to the location and the mall. The staff is very rude as well and the apartment manager should be fired. I have had so many issues here and I am trying to get out of my lease and the manager is not working with me to fix my issue. I moved out of Mallard Bay because it was poorly managed as well and is an Edward Rose Community. Birkshire is new and I am sure the same things ... read more
