Insisted he’s a plumber, DBPR agency says, “he’s not.” Isn’ it rich how Mr. Johnson made a beeline to cash my check immediately after he finished his subpar work Because Mr. Johnson is unlicensed I cannot file a claim with my insurance should anything bad result from his lousy work.
