My experience with Ed and his team was more than I could ask for. Being a first time home buyer, Ed was completely upfront about the process and what to expect. He was open and communicated everything I needed to know. I can not recommend him more highly for anyone looking to buy a home. He helped me find the perfect place for me and get me a good deal for it.
My wife and I went with Eddie on a family recommendation. Working with Eddie was less than positive. Our experience lacked communication and follow-up where often when we'd ask for an update multipletimes, the response we'd receive was, "I was just going to do that" or "I was just about to call them". Until we got our mortgage broker involved, it was a relatively painful experience. At the end of the day we did get the house we wanted at a much better price/cost but it just wasn't a fun experience but one of anxiousness.
I want to extend a big thank you to Edward and his entire team for providing me with exceptional real estate service throughout the entire home-buying process.
