Dr. Edward G. Reis and Dr. Saurabh Dharmadhikari are the worst doctors I met in my 5 years living in America. I came to the office for a work related accommodation, and they cannot fill the form even though I have anxiety and take medication for it. The work form explicitly mentions mental problems as one of the options for accommodation and environment sensitivity (confined spaces) is mentioned.
