I was referred to this provider by my Rheumatologist, who I trust implicitly, and could not be more disappointed .. will let him know. I waited 4 months to get an appointment. My kidneys had been hurting for months, which I explained & I did not end up in his office by accident, which I also stated. There were numerous other markers. Very thorough and great bedside manner. Love how he messages on the Vanderbilt app quickly if I need anything, he’s been taking care of me for five years.

Dr Gould has always taken an interest in me I feel as if he is invested in the quality of care he provides and I may have been much worst off without him
Sick and tired of getting collection calls for treatment that I did not receive. It might be Vanderbilt's fault on the billing side, but this has been going on for months.
