Dr. Pulido is the best surgeon in the city of Denver. I was lucky to fall into his schedule. I was beyond impressed with his diagnosis and surgical abilities. If you schedule with Dr. Pulido, you will 100% be in good hands, no question about it. Also, the staff is 100% responsive. They will relay messages to the docs and even move up your scheduled appointment if treatment needs to happen sooner. This office cares about its patients.
After stringing me along for 3 months Dr pulidos office refused to do me gallbladder removal at the same time as a sterilization surgery. He then attempted to blame it on my health insurance but when I contacted them, not only had they not denied the claim they had no record that the office had contacted them at all. If you don't believe in women's reproductive rights then fine but don't waste my time.
Rude, unprofessional, and lazy. My wife has been waiting weeks just for a referral to another dr. We keep getting told they are surgeons so they are busy. We’ve called multiple times and left emails only to get snarky responses from reception and no return phone call from doctors, nurses, or the office manager. It’s been weeks since her appointment. And this is the second time this type of occurrence has happened. With only having two appointments. They don’t care about their patients. You are a number and money. That’s it
He listened to my symptoms after all my normal test results. He also addressed my concerns and was courteous to me. After being sick for 3 months it was a relief he was able to help get my gallbladder out and give me answers.
When confronted by the unexpected and advised that you are able to be treated by a doctor that is new to you you have reservation. Those reservations vanished within minutes of our first meeting. This is a special person, attentive to your needs, answering every question, with a bedside empathy that relieves your fears. Im in revocery at home after a long week at Hearth of the Rockies Hospital. His staff and the hospital staff were of the best. I would indeed recommend Dr. Pulido.
