I actually visited the downtown location before it was closed, however the staff transferred to shawnee, Melonie is the worst and now she is the office manger at this office. The actual dentist were ok, however I am now hearing I need some of the work re done that was completed there. This isn't good. Don't count on them to correctly bill your insurance they will get it ALL WRONG!!!! If I had to do it over I would never have gone to this dentist, one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
