I went to My Dentist for Emergency pain in my mouth. I had never had any real issues with my teeth before so, it was a big shock when they advised me that I would need a root canal. Dr. Rhoads was very nice. The woman who is his Assistant was extremely nice. Went in for dentures. After surgery, they didnt fit. It took them 3 months to get a new set. 3 MONTHS! When I asked for my money back, they refused. At my last visit, first thing Doc asks me what mood I'm in. I thought that was very rude. Did nothing to try compensate me. Basically told me Tough Sh*t.
I had used my false teeth for almost 18 years. They were shot to say the least. My husband had his teeth removed and had used MY DENTIST in Grandview about 5 years ago. He told me that I should get my next set from them. So the time came and I went in. Nice people and they got me fixed up. Just wonderful to smile again and eat with teeth.
