Wonderful person with a lot of knowledge and experience.
Being wheelchair bound I was very apprehensive about the treatment procedures, i.e. transferring from my chair to the treatment table. The staff were all very professional and well trained so my fear was misplaced. All of the staff, from the front desk to the radiation team were all upbeat and friendly so from the minute you arrived, to the end of your treatment you were placed at ease. Everyone at ARC was friendly, efficient & caring. Appointments were on time. Everything worked well.
Really great -easy to talk to and treated you like you were a friend.
Thumbs up to the entire staff and facility. Well run office made experience as comfortable as possible. Greeted each visit with the hello and a smile. Friendly staff including the doctors appreciated.
