Prior to becoming a San Jose Domestic Violence Defense Attorney, I served in the United States Marine Corps. There I learned the dedication and strong work ethic that has served me well in my legal career. I have extensive criminal law experience; first in the Santa Clara District Attorney's Office and for the past 20 years as a criminal defense attorney.

Terrible lawyer. He tried to sexually harass me, he tried having sex with me, when I didn't comply with is sexual requests, he decided to punish me to the maximum extent possible. Very bad lawyer, I do not recommend him

Hiring him was the biggest mistake of my life. He threw me in jail, he didn't defend me at all, he cashed in over $10k, then kicked me out of office, he said nothing changed. Hiring him didn't change any thing!!!!!
