Absolutely the least professional medical practice I’ve encountered ever. Inaccurate communication was top of list. Need knee replacement, have all test results saying that, they send me to orthopedic Dr dealing only with hips! Provided information from hospital stay for blood work results, they never contacted hospital! Fought about bloodwork, they were stating I HAD to go to their facility when I already was told hospital could do it. I statred going to OSF only because it was close. I started to see a new doctor here and at the first sit down she came off as hostile and dismissive. She didn't want to take the time to listen to or get to know ANYTHING about me. She just pushed me during the first meeting to allow her to use an AI program that would dictate our conversation so she didn't have to transcribe it later. When, i said, no thanks, her attitude just soured. You could plainly see this decision upset her. Well, I am done with OSF. What a waste of ti... read more

We have been in the OSF system for a while and switched most of our household from an OSF practice in Rockford area to here due to this location being closer to home. We've seen three different practioners at this location and have had a good experience with all of them. We also have had a few of us referred to see specialists and while the main OSF referral system needs work on being more timely, this office gave us lists of specialists to follow through with before leaving the appointment. Called to get old records and they transferred me to a scam caller when she said I was being sent to records. It said congrats you won $1000, press 1 to claim your pirce now. Great way to scam old people.
