Ezequiel Mora Is my provider and I’ve always had great experiences with him. Wonderful bed side manner and makes sure to address all my concerns. A lot of the poor google reviews aren’t this locations fault, they’re having to jump through insurance hoops/regulations just like us. Don’t punish the providers because of powerful shareholders that have never stepped into a patients room. They’re going their best just like we all are, office staff is friendly and courteous.
Do not go here if you are trans. I've been going to this office since I was an infant (through the change from KMA, Edward-Elmhurst, and OSF). Since transitioning, the staff have been hostile. A staff member tried to go back and forth with me to undermine my legal name change. Test results were given with the wrong gender and pronouns attached, again undermining my insurance, legal documentation changes, and known and documented preferences. This practice is a joke; I was breaking out in hives and Dr. Morker was convinced i was being bitten by microscopic spiders and spent most time on google; he also left out results from labs which another doctor was upset by him not telling me. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else.
Waited for months for an appt only for them to call me the day before that the provider I was supposed to see is sick so when I called to reschedule or ask for another provider to see me they tried to give me another day/time and the original provider is booked until Xmas Eve, I know things happen but people schedule thigg ng a according to work shifts as well! the patients who already had a scheduled appt that had to be canceled or rescheduled due to their staff should not have to suffer the consequences!
