This practice is a joke; I was breaking out in hives and Dr. Morker was convinced i was being bitten by microscopic spiders and spent most time on google; he also left out results from labs which another doctor was upset by him not telling me. Waited for months for an appt only for them to call me the day before that the provider I was supposed to see is sick so when I called to reschedule or ask for another provider to see me they tried to give me another day/time and the original provider is booked until Xmas Eve, I know things happen but people schedule thigg ng a according to work shifts as well! the patients who already had a scheduled appt that had to be canceled or rescheduled due to their staff should not have to suffer the consequences! I've been coming to this place since 2015. I've not ever had an issue with the past 2 companies that were here before(Kishwaukee Medical associates, edward-elmhurst) In the many appointments I've had over the years, I was never told of a time limit for appointments. I scheduled an appointment on the app. Was called and was told that was a 15 min appointment and I needed a 30 min appointment. How can you claim on your website to care for your patients when you give your Dr's a time limit to address patient issues? More about ... read more
