This emergency center is horrible!!! Watch out, advocate for yourself and if you feel the tests they are doing is unnecessary say something. They ran 4 unnecessary tests on me and I just walked in because I was referred to go there so they can ultra sound my knee. Which is all they had to do. Dr Miller is dismissive and maybe should listen to his patience. I'm not going into another emergency room, waste of time and they are not there for your best interest.
I visited this location with a family member recently and something I noticed that is concerning is how they ask you to leave the urine specimen in the bathroom. I definitely do not agree with this at all. Each urine specimen left in the bathrooms by the exams rooms all have the patients names and date of births. This screams "steal my identity ". This is not secure at all! Patients should be told to take it back to their rooms and not leave it exposed for everyone to see. This location needs to do better in protecting patie... read more
Horrible experience waited two hours for testing that allegedly was only 15 minutes but I didn’t know each ‘15’ minute test meant an hour and finally after another hour a lady walked in the room and was surprised I was still there even tho nobody had told me anything yet and then finally I was given my paperwork and discharged. Very unprofessional the waiting room was completely empty i would understand if they were busy but it just seemed they did not care.
Your company aggravated me today. The only reason I’m going leave you one star is because I like Dr. Ozgen. I’ll spare you guys the novel, but a lot of my time has been wasted, and I’m not able to fill my meds because of poor communication on your part.
