Very poor customer service, been in constant pain for over a month offered over a grand in cash to move me back to my old appt they dropped me from. Had a appointment dropped without my knowledge when trying to get into another location and they clearly told me they can't see each other schedules, but obviously the multiple locations do communicate just not with patients. Doctor McDonnell is awesome if you can ever get past the gate keepers. Health care and dental are worse they ever been in decades.

Well, thanks for banning me from all your offices! I loved Dr McDonnell ❤️ I'd pay anything to use him again. My tooth is infected and face swollen the office girls couldn't help me for over a month. Waited 2 months and scored a canceled appt that I missed thanks to outtages due to my job and mom being in hospital. Thinking well I still have my mid November appt. Called to confirm and they canceled it unbeknownst to me. I was mad due to my wallet being stolen and tear in my neck muscle and being in neck brace and with my too... read more
