I was admitted into Advent Health after going to ER for loss of vision, weakness and pain from waist down, and other symptoms. In the past I struggles with Colon Cancer and was very anxious not knowing what was wrong with me. Dr. Edward Maharam was the Phyician managing my health and was so reassuring and had genuine concern. Even talking me through my anxiety during a lumbar puncture. He was so patient in taking his time to explain my diagnosis and get me focused on recovery. I am grateful for his care.
