Staff is terrific, as is the service, so they get 5 stars. Dr. Supinski is nice but boring and doesn't appear to like his job (maybe it's me. I like a doctor with a good personality). I also think they want to run too many tests just to make money.
The staff is wonderful and I truly mean that. Very polite and attentive and understanding and empathetic to your needs. Triple A+++ This was the old metcare. This is my honest assessment.
Welcomed in as soon as arrived, wait was about 5 min which was great since I had no appointment but was seen and out within 40 min. Dr explained need for ordered medications. Great staff always polite and helpful.
Always a welcoming, calm and friendly atmosphere. The staff is professional and willing to share their knowledge. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Supinski is terrific. He is patient and gentle. Never seems rushed. He makes feel that opinion counts. He gives me confidence in his ability to care for my well being.
