Our son had hypospadias repair with Dr. Gong in 2023 and developed a fistula within weeks. Before the second surgery to repair it, Dr. Gong assured us it was his first fistula in five years and that none had ever followed his secondary repairs. We relied on that in proceeding with him. After the April 2026 repair, we reported urine leaking from the surgical site, with photos.
