terrible experience dealing with a very unprofessional doctor. To think that this was once a profession that people revered and looked up to, this guy is a joke. I went in for a shoulder evaluation, and Mr. Edward Decter asked me if I could lift my right arm. I replied clearly that I couldn't because of pain, and in his arrogant response, he repeated what I had said as if he couldn't believe I couldn't move my arm.
