On June 23, 2019 Dr. Levy performed a procedure on me and everything was great with what he did. Now his staff is lazy I have the best insurance In the world I have tri-care for life and I have my Medicare which covers the 80 and 20% what they did was incorrect coding wasn’t done coded properly the $650 that was owed to the doctor was turn into collections and put on my credit, because they were too lazy to re-code the proper code to get paid.
