I visited Dr. Edward Kuan because of his great online reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing. He spent around five minutes with me and simply prescribed an allergy spray. which I already had. Later, I discovered he billed my insurance for a 45-minute visit—nearly $2,000—leaving me responsible for over $600 out of pocket (for a nasal spray!). I feel this was dishonest and unprofessional. Dr. Edward Kuan Is a very caring doctor. He was a great listener, listened to all of my concerns and problems, and responded in kind to each and every issue I had. His demeanor is very calm and caring and immediately puts you at ease. He was very thorough and gentle in his examination and reviewed the results of my previous tests thoroughly so he had all the information needed to make an educated treatment plan. The staff is absolutely wonderful and caring as well. I highly recommend this office.
