Words are not enough to express my gratitude with Dr Kuan. Same with his staff. I am privileged to be his patient. Cancer is an ugly monster. Dr Kuan & his staff are just amazing people. I Thank them all for treating me as a human being.
the doctor is awsome. he took the time to listen to me then he explained every possible care and outcome for my condition. as he walked he shook my hand and introduced himself with a friendly smile.
Much like the last one star Dr. Kuan is a terrible doctor. He minimized a severe condition and refused to do a deep nasal swab and send out to the correct lab, this visit was a waste of time. I submitted a formal medical board complaint regarding his negligence and he also provided zero feedback or treatments.
I visited Dr. Edward Kuan because of his great online reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing. He spent around five minutes with me and simply prescribed an allergy spray. which I already had. Later, I discovered he billed my insurance for a 45-minute visit—nearly $2,000—leaving me responsible for over $600 out of pocket (for a nasal spray!). I feel this was dishonest and unprofessional.
