Will did not listen to what I wanted. He focused on filling out the general Edward Jones forms and the investments he was interested in, versus listening to what companies I would prefer to invest in. He convinced me to change my grandfathered account with EJ stating my fees would remain the same, but instead his fees increased, so it was more beneficial for him.
