I cannot praise Troy and his staff enough. Over the 20 years he has guided my investments I have enjoyed very positive returns.
Would leave 0 stars if I could. Gloria can be rude to customers while asking questions. Establishment drags their feet when you’re trying to withdraw your money but I’m sure they’ll make stuff happen same day if it was going to them. Withdraw check cut on Tuesday, by Saturday still nothing. They have excuses to not allow a wire. Troy was nice, but the policies and or procedures are down right abysmal here.

I have used Troy Brown for almost 20 years to handle my retirement investments. I could not be happier with his service and the returns on my investments. I strongly recommend Troy.
This review is from 18 years ago but the damage was so great it deserves merit. Year was 2000 and I was being deployed to Bosnia. I specifically asked for a stock not associated with MCI. The broker talked me into a mutual fund which I found out later was majority MCI. Of course it went under and I lost all the money I'd saved during the deployment.
