I would give 0 if we’re an option. I have nothing bad to say about the office staff, they answered questions and phones appropriately. Terry is a different story. I’ve never invested before. I may not comprehend everything he is saying, I don’t need analogies comparing my money to farm land and cows. Terry is amazing. Sorry to have to rate your office so low. But your ladies in the office are heartless and lack compassion. My Mother passed away and I attempt to take care of things in the office. She was terrible and had no kind manners when communicating with us. She even sent us away with out a care in the world of what we were going through ourselves.
