Serena is the most reliable, authentic and honest financial advisor I have ever worked with. She helped me grow my money even when the market when down. Definitely Do not recommend Serena , after initial meeting communication dropped off almost completely. I had to repeatedly call and email to get status update. The advisor never proactively reached out to me, especially during market fluctuations, leaving me feeling ignored and uncertain.
