Sean is a great advisor. I met him when he was knocking on “Eden Prairie” front doors introducing himself about 10 years ago. I appreciate his transparency and his foresight managing “other peoples money” which is not an easy task!
First my elderly mother was sold investments that only paid enough to cover EJ fees, then they charged her about $700 to close the account. What a scam.
Sold me off to another edward jones rep. This was the second time this happened. I wasn't happy so I transferred my account to my employer. Everything was good as long as they were making money off me. As soon as that ended his true colors started to show. He wouldn't take my calls, he wouldn't return my calls and he even hung up on me! It was a fight to get my term life insurance canceled. My option, Any financial planner would be better.
