If I could give 0 stars, I would. Rob does not know the difference between a Power of Attorney and a Beneficiary, which is concerning, as he is supposed to manage people's money. Additionally, he did not treat me with respect and dignity during multiple phone calls. He refused to call me by my name and booked another appointment in my time slot, knowing I had taken the day off from work.
