My mother-in-law was using Peggy Klein for her IRA and Trust Fund investment strategy. We repeatedly expressed that we did not want a risky portfolio. My mother-in-law lost a significant amount of her retirement through this firm. And to top that, they charge $2700 a year to do virtually nothing but watch my mother-in-laws retirement income slowly disappear. I originally had only a small portion of my portfolio with E. Jones (Peggy Klein, advisor). I found that she was much more responsive and professional than my other advisors, so I transferred all of my resources to her, approx. 2 years ago, Couldn't be happier! Never pressures me but contacts me frequently and is always responsive when I contact her. Wish I had of started using her earlier!
She was incredibly rude to me and my terminally ill grandmother when we were trying to make sure my grandmother's accounts were closed.
