I needed to roll over some funds and I went with Edward Jones. Pat was amazing, I didn't have a lot of money but he made me feel like I had a million dollars. He listened to me and made great suggestions on what I should do. He also took the time to explain everything to me. Never made me feel stupid or that I was asking too many questions. I contacted Tod at the West Des Moines branch. I provided him the details he wanted to review my case. A few days latter, contacted me back to teansfared my case to another Edwards advisor with a Hispanic last name and according to him best fit my background. I found his referral with prujudice.
