Nirmal had a client coming to visit the office and politely asked this individual to leave, which upset him. This person had no professional assistance from Nirmal, Edward Jones or any Edward Jone's employees and his complaint was simply that Nirmal asked him to vacate a parking spot that was not for guest parking.
