Don’t let this guy fool you. My mom called him and told him she needed a certain dollar amount released and why and he told her he’d take care of it. He knew she was at a facility for physical therapy. When I got home he’d called the house 8 times. I called to find out why and he claimed he couldn’t do anything without proof because she’s an elderly client.
