Dumped me off to a worker in St Louis Missouri when I live in AZ. KRISTEN EVANS would not refer me to an EJ advisor in AZ yet she keeps her name on my advisor statements. She said she was too busy to work for me yet she advertises she is taking new clients. This agency is messed up. It is difficult to transfer funds. St Louis worker ignored my request and after several days I was persistent he answered and said it takes two weeks to get funds.
