I take a Pilates class in the same complex as this business. I noticed a large van parked in the disabled spot outside of their front door. I went inside and asked if the van belonged to them and the secretary said yes that someone was there working for them in this van. I told him you can’t park there without a disabled placard and asked them to move the van so I could park there. The guy said they would be done “shortly” and kind of blew me off. Jane Watson is our go-to finance person. She is personable, takes time to talk matters through, and presents and recommends possible courses of action based on our circumstances and level of risk tolerance. She is candid and forthright without pressuring us. Office Manager Deborah is friendly and efficient. She helps us keep track of our appointments with Jane, and overall is a great presence in the office and on the phone. I wish we had met this trustworthy and knowledgeable team when we first moved to Alameda.

I was recommended to Jane Watson by one of her current customers. I want a financial advisor near my home instead of in SF. I met with her in her office. She seems quite overconfident. She did not have educated answers to my questions. I decided she is not for me. I don’t think the Edward Jones company is for me. I do not like their model.
