Unable to answer simple investment questions without becoming defensive and patronizing. Imo you should feel comfortable asking a financial planner who is handling your money questions - other advisors I’ve worked with don’t have an issue explaining things. Next - I was told they were selling off my investment without warning, or being given another option. Maybe my 5 figure investment wasn’t enough. Either way, my experience was poor customer service.
