I rolled over my 401K to Pat Churchill's office last year. Pat set me up with a plan for the future, how much I need to put away, what kind of Life Insurance I need or can afford etc. Not to mention Long Term Care Insurance which I never even considered before! It has really helped me get more focus and a better understanding of my financial situation. I would have given him a 5 star rating, but since he doesn't offer decaf coffee during his appointments, I'm going to have to lower it to a 4.
"I used to be with Merrill Lynch- they are great for large accounts I'm sure, but they don't really want to deal with the smaller accounts. I could never get a hold of anyone and I felt like I was inconveniencing them when I would call in regards to my account. I am now with Edward Jones and they give me A+ Service. They call me every 6 months to go over my account and they keep me on track all the way. I never feel like I have to appologise for calling my Edward Jones branch with questions. They are truly great.
I wouldn't trust anyone lese. Excellent customer service! I would highly recomend this office!
I have been with Pat Churchill for years, through market ups and downs. He always does what is right for the client, pluss he makes great coffee:-). He is always willing to make time for me and all my questions and he doesn't mind my comming in for an appointment every quater to keep on top of my investments. His assistant is always ready to tackle any issues that might come up and she goes the extra mile every time. I will never go anywhere else!
