Well what I can say about Christine is she definitely has no bed side manner. I guess I didn't have enough money for her to care to much. She never "advised" me like a finacial advisor. I spoke to her about her how I felt she was treating me. Didn't matter she still treated me the same way. This was the first time I ever had any money of any kind and I was clueless about what to invest in and how everything works. She never offered any advice to me about anything. I can not express the overall feeling of gratitude for these two. They have gone ABOVE and BEYOND and I truly appreciate ALL those who I have had the pleasure to work with over all the many years that I've been with Edward Jones.

I called to set up an appointment and this representative did not even give me her name nor what her title was. Instead she told me to email her my questions. So I tried asking more questions and hung up on me. My thoughts on an organization that your willing to roll over your investments such as your 401k, the standard at that location is poor. I think that if you’re treating future prospects this way, run for the hills, these are big red flags. Do not trust this place!!! Not professional.
