We started a small account for our son and Carol was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have referred several clients to Carol all of who have had positive feedback.
Cassandra Carpenter, CRPS Financial Advisor (Airport Way Long Beach) must improve her client relations communication, and retirement planning skills. Otherwise, I will not be the only one pulling cash and stocks out of Edward Jones, I'm out of there ! And done with her excuses.
Carol was pretty helpful and gave me the information I needed, but her assistant or person in charge of booking appointments need to go, Her lack of enthusiasm answering phone calls, makes it seem like she doesn't even want to book an appointment, every time I call to schedule, she says they are busy and no appointments available for a few days and that in her own words... " Not a good idea to walk in ". Not very welcoming at all... I have to take my business elsewhere... Sorry Carol.
