Nancy took excellent care of my sister and parents accounts. She is smart, thoughtful, and friendly.
Very rude and preppy receptionist. I don't know her name but she was at the front desk. Angry spiteful old lady that should be in a nursing home instead of demeaning customers. I will never use this Edward Jones again, and I plan on telling everyone I know to not support this particular Edward Jones until she is either fired or learns how to treat another human with respect. Disgraceful.
