YOU CANNOT TRUST APO. I invested both pre-taxed, and post-taxed money through APO. They commingled the money in IRA funds resulting in a $40K tax penalty. All professionals; FINRA/SEC, CPA, and tax attorneys affirm APO is wholly responsible for this error, yet APO will not take responsibility, so I am penalized for their ineptitude. You cannot trust APO with investments. The 1 star is mandatory to submit a review. Otherwise it would be 0.
