May 2025. Just been to collect one of my vehicles post MOT. Work was required for it to pass and this was actioned in a timely fashion. Competent, experienced and trustworthy staff. As indicated in my previous review below l only use Edward Johnsons for all of my vehicle requirements - MOT, servicing and sales. I have 2 vehicles (one of which l purchased from them). Just bought a car from Edward Johnson's Garage in Otley. We dealt with Andrew all the way through and what a seamless process it was. Nothing was too much trouble and Andrew kept us in regular contact throughout. We collected the car last week and it was presented immaculately. A great experience overall and very pleased indeed.
Got a new Battery fitted here today, they let me know the cost and fitted with no issues. they also kindly filled up my car tyres without asking :) Thank you
Went to this garage via my insurance with the AA as they were registered as an approved repaired for my left side track rod on my car when I collected for the repair work be done blue ink was left all down the side of my car I heard a rattling noise on driving which I told Edward Johnson about and they told me it was nothing to worry about I have now taken my car to be motd and had to spend extra money on works because rather than taking the bolt off correctly at the hub Edward Johnson cut through the hub to remove this whic... read more
