They are really nice and help explain what your pet needs. And the receptionist was also very sweet and they gave me a free water bowl because my mom’s car was a bit hot. And they give you a goodie bag once your done.
I am forever greatful for the compasion and big heart the doctor and staff have at this location. My husband and I rushed our fur baby in yesterday, Friday July 11th 2025. I couldn't go in because I had two other fur baby's in the car I had to watch and have the AC on for because it was hot. I want to thank the staff at riverside animal hospital. They were of much help. I arrived around 515pm with my furbaby. He was just struck by a vehicle and even though he did pass away they tried all they could to save him even when they knew he had little chance of survival. After my babies passing they left me to grieve in the room. Thank the veterinarian and her staff for the help. I'm sorry I didn't get your names.
Have had all my fur babies with these guys They are kind, knowledgeable and treat me and all my pets with respect and care. I have been with them for more than 25 years.
