I've been going to Edward for well over a year, and love the way he cuts my hair. I always let him do whatever he wants as it results in easy to manage hair that looks good well past the standard 6-8 weeks. Edward gives great haircuts, I feel good, look good and am (obviously) very happy with my hair! So I finally decide to listen to Edward and let him do highlights on me and they looks really great! I went to the Edward James Salon and had my hair cut by the owner. He was very nice and knew what he was doing. I asked him about if I decided when I got home if I didn't like my haircut if he would fix it. I was told if I ever didn't like the cut or the color when I got home, to come back and he would fix it to the way I wanted for free. He did an amazing job and I will be going back again!

If only I had read the one review about this before showing up. The "stylist" is totally inept. My hair took, yes, 4.5 hours to complete. I ended up crying as he cut WAY too much length from my hair and then he has the audacity to refuse a discount on the services. I think I'm going to report this guy. STAY AWAY!

i have been going to this salon, before Edward took over.. Had my hair styled and colored before Labor Day.. have had many compliments .. my teenage girls have their hair styled and colored from Edward James too..I find him very nice, donates a lot to the community and always able to get an appointment within the week..

I made the worst mistake of my life walking into this salon. I want to warn people that the guy who did my hair was 30 minutes late for the appointment, I told him I wanted blonde highlights and they came out looking like reddish/blonde clumps of color and the whole ordeal lasted over 4 HOURS! this was a huge waste of time and money and the owner was rude to boot... Just thought I'd warn ya'll.
