Called the office on speaker phone with my mom in the room listening and they said I've had 12 appointments over the last so many years and have no showed 4 times. FOUR! I have agoraphobia (meaning it's overwhelmingly hard to leave the house half the time), severe social anxiety, PTSD and major depression. I also have sjogrens syndrome and vasculitis causing me to not be able to walk and get around (I ride the bus to appointments) unexpectedly out of the blue(with absolutely no warning). Extremely rude staff. Very poor client service. I love the doctors there but not the front desk workers.
