I've been seeing Dr. Ed Taylor for over 25 years. Dr. Taylor is highly recommended. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He has always answered all my questions and concerns. His staff is very efficient and easy to work with.
Dr. Taylor has been treating my husband for over 5 years and has saved his life more than once. While I can't speak for everyone he has been an excellent Dr. for our family and we are forever grateful for him and his team!
Dr Taylor is a fantastic physician and I have seen him for many years. However, I had originally rated two stars though because it's damn near impossible to get a human being on the phone. I found out that the people who answer the phones are answering the phones for many different doctors, and it's not necessarily his fault, so I have changed the rating to four stars, because he is not responsible for staffing the phone people. Not sure if the problem is with Dr Taylor or with his nurse. After 35 years of treating my mother, putting her in hospice for stage 4 colon cancer, they couldn't spend 15 seconds to sign a form we had given them for reimbursement of out of pocket expenses from my mothers health savings account. This is all we needed and wanted and they couldn't do this for us. Sad state of affairs!
Dr Taylor is a GREAT doctor, but unfortunately the people who answer the phones make it nearly IMPOSSIBLE to ask any questions or make an appointment. I'm literally calling in trying to get connected to the nurse's answering machine to leave a message and they are forcing me to sit on hold for a half hour just to talk to someone at the front desk to be transferred to the nurse's answering machine , when they could have just made it a menu option and let me transfer myself.
