I had a cystoscopy this morning August 1st with Dr. Sanchez, and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more positive experience. My anxiety was on 1,000 going in, but Lesly was incredibly kind and helped calm my nerves right away. I was crying and had so many questions. I opted to use nitrous oxide during the procedure, which really helped me relax—and to my surprise, everything went so smoothly and was completely painless! Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the office staff. I had a confirmed appointment for August, only to receive a call informing me that there were no options to see the doctor until September — with no flexibility to reschedule sooner. It’s a shame, because the doctor came highly recommended. I assume it’s not the doctor but the front desk staff who don’t seem to prioritize the patient experience. Very unprofessional handling.
