Dr. Krowiak was easy to talk to and willing to listen. He is very personable.
I am a patient that my ears MUST be cleaned out regularly so I can hear. My eardrums need the wax removed off them too. My hearing is poor as I have hearing aids and Dr. Krowiak has been very attentive to my hearing needs for 3 years since I moved to Indy from West Virginia. He is professional and my appointments are normally ontime. Like his office staff too.
Drove an hour to get to the office and had to wait 40 minutes with a newborn before they even took me back. Then for the second appointment, I was 13 minutes late (again, drove an hour, had to find babysitting for 4 kids while husband was gone for military stuff) to be told they couldn’t see me today. I thought the appointment was at 3pm and apparently it was at 2:50pm. The receptionist wasn’t a bit sorry and very cold. She did ask the dr and krowiak said no.
